  • Telindus SA (Luxemburg): 65%. Dit bedrijft heeft op zijn beurt participaties in Teletronics SA (Luxemburg) (100%) en Beim Weissen Kreuss SA (Luxemburg) (54%). Teletronics SA (Luxemburg) bezit op zijn beurt 46% van Beim Weissen Kreuss SA (Luxemburg).
  • Telindus Ltd (Verenigd Koninkrijk): 100%
  • Wireles Technologies: 100%-1 deel, dat in handen is van Proximus Opal
